With over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry Casey brings deep expertise and a personal commitment to helping Financial Advisors optimize and elevate their practices. His career spans key roles in Practice Management & Technology Training, as well as various positions in Branch Management for Smith Barney and Morgan Stanley. He has also served in senior sales distribution roles, most recently as a Senior Director and Market Leader for Principal Asset Management. Casey has consistently focused on training, hiring, marketing, and coaching Financial Advisors to help them realize their full potential.

 

As a member of the Elements team, Casey leverages his extensive industry experience to help teams enhance efficiency and set purposeful goals. He specializes in leadership development, system and process integration, compensation strategies, and managing through transition & succession planning – delivered with a bespoke personalized approach.

 

Casey earned his bachelor's degree from Willamette University and holds several professional designations, including Certified Investment Management Analyst, Certified Exit Planning Advisor, and Accredited Investment Fiduciary. He also maintains FINRA series 7, 63, 65, 9, and 10 licenses.

 

Residing on Bainbridge Island, Washington, just west of Seattle, Casey lives with his wife Amy and their daughters Stella and Zoe. He actively participates in coaching and volunteering for youth sports, and spends his free time outside fishing, golfing, skiing, gardening, and pursuing his passion for BBQ as an aspiring pitmaster.
