Crystal Diaz-Granados
Managing Director, Consultant
Crystal brings more than 20 years of experience in the brokerage and financial services industry to her role as Consultant at Elements. She partners with advisors, leaders, and executive teams to elevate the client experience, align business strategies with client priorities, and drive sustainable growth.
Prior to joining Elements, Crystal held leadership roles at Wells Fargo Advisors, including Divisional Practice Management Director, where she coached advisors and leaders across the country. Earlier, she served as Site Leader for Brokerage Services in the Investment Contact Center and later as Quality Assurance Manager for the WIlM Investment Brokerage Contact Center and WFA Digital & Automated Investing.
Crystal managed the flagship branch at Scottrade (later TD Ameritrade, now Charles Schwab), leading it into the top 2 percent of the branch network. She also led advisor onboarding for the Scottrade FA platform, guiding financial professionals through custody, servicing, trading, and risk processes.
Crystal holds a B.A. in Management with an emphasis in International Business from Webster University/Regent’s American College London and an M.S. in Finance from Webster University. She has also completed the Applied Behavioral Finance Program through the Investments & Wealth Institute. Crystal is an Associated Certified Coach (ACC) and is actively pursuing her Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Additionally, she holds a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from the USF Muma College of Business and maintains Series 7, 63, 66, 24, 4, and 9/10 registrations.
Crystal resides in St. Louis with her husband and two children. She enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, and fishing, as well as traveling, volunteering, and playing sports with her family. She also serves on her children’s Parent Teacher Association board.
