Liz Powitzky

Managing Director, Consultant

Liz, a retired General Partner with nearly 25 years of dedicated service at Edward Jones, brings a wealth of experience from her tenure with the Fortune 300 organization.


Rising through the ranks, Liz evolved from a Training Specialist to a General Partner, gaining a deep understanding of the firm, which spans over a century of history and caters to over seven million individual investors through an extensive network of 15,000+ branch office locations.
As a General Partner, Liz led a team of over 300 professionals,  safeguarding the integrity of billion-dollar programs. Her valuable contributions also extended to serving on the firm's Operating Committee.


Liz's true passion lies in partnering with senior leadership, guiding them through the highs and lows of their careers. She excels in honing the skills of both individual contributors and leaders, focusing on areas such as leading through change, executive presence, strategic decision-making, cultivating collaborative partnerships, and building high-performing teams.


Liz’s clientele encompasses Fortune 300 companies, non-profit organizations, start ups across various funding stages, and small businesses.


Liz holds a BA from the University of Missouri - St. Louis and an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business. She takes immense pride in being the mother of two college students and a four-legged companion, Mozzie.  Liz also has a passion for taking Mozzie on therapy dog visits to hospitals and schools, a deep curiosity for travel and exploration, and a strong commitment to health and wellness, and an unwavering dedication to community volunteering.  Additionally, she supports the United Way and serves on the Executive Leadership Team of the American Heart Association’s Go Red for Women campaign, contributing her time, talents, and resources.
