With 20 years of experience in operations and HR, she is skilled at designing coaching engagements and organizational solutions that lead her clients to pragmatic, actionable solutions to a wide variety of challenges.

 

Her coaching approach is grounded in neuroscience, mindfulness, and behavioral psychology, as well as a passionate belief in bringing humanity to work. Casey helps her clients create thoughtful habits for sustainable, positive behavior change, supporting their most valuable work with the least amount of wasted effort. She brings a playful irreverence to coaching, challenging her clients with empathy, humor, and respect.

 

Casey’s team coaching programs combine individual coaching and interactive group sessions to identify obstacles to team effectiveness, clarify and activate the team’s purpose, and give leaders tools to resolve communication and integration issues. Her team coaching experience began when she created an in-house Coaching Team at healthcare communications firm Real Chemistry. She has also facilitated cohort-based training for emerging and established leaders and is proud to serve as a Guide for Chief, where she facilitates monthly peer advisory sessions for women executives.

Her experience as an HR leader includes serving as Chief People Officer of the healthcare portfolio The Gawley Companies, where she created their first-ever performance development process, led learning & development and employee relations, built the total rewards strategy, and led Executive Team offsites. Casey was also head of People Experience for Real Chemistry/W2O Group, where she led the HR Business Partner team, Learning & Development, created the company’s DE&I strategy, and built cultural and employee engagement programs.
