Erich boasts more than two decades of experience in the financial services sector. Commencing his journey in 2002 as a financial advisor in Pittsburgh, PA, he diligently honed his skills over 15 years, fostering a planning-centric advisory business. Recognized for his expertise, Erich often found himself mentoring fellow financial advisors on practice management and growth strategies, prompting him to transition into a role where he could share his wealth of experience more broadly.

 

In 2017, Erich joined Morgan Stanley as a Business Development Manager, later advancing to Morgan Stanley's prestigious Modern Engagement team in 2020. In his role as a TEMPO Coach, he provided invaluable consultancy to some of the firm’s top advisor teams, offering guidance on business development, practice management, team communication, client engagement, segmentation, client experience, effective financial planning, and leveraging social media for prospecting.

 

Driven by his passion for the industry and a deep respect for the work of financial advisors, Erich embraced a new challenge with Elements Consulting. As a Registered Corporate Coach (RCC™), he leverages Elements Consulting methodologies to empower advisors and teams in modernizing their processes for enhanced efficiency and scalability, ultimately driving significant growth.

 

Erich holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh. He currently resides in Raleigh, NC, with his wife Diane and five of their six children. Outside of work, Erich and his family lead active lives, cheering on their children at sporting events, exploring the North Carolina mountains, skiing, and cherishing moments with friends.
